Management of bleeding in advanced cancer - a flow diagram

Bleeding here is defined as any escape of blood from vessels due to causes related to advanced cancer, but excluding surgery or trauma. This flow diagram looks at ways to manage the varied sources and causes of bleeding, and indicates the decisions required.
