Case report: confusion responding to dexamethasone in a patient with cancer of the prostateRadcliffe Hospital NHS Trust
University of Oxford, Oxford A case report is presented of confusion (delirium) in a 78-year-old man with cancer of the prostate, but no cerebral secondaries, which cleared rapidly after the administration of dexamethasone.
